 Haha, I can't imagine it being much fun installing air hoses on N scale cars :> )    Years ago when I modeled in O scale I installed magnetic airhoses on some of my cars but I wouldn't want to try it in N. I've found I can get the illusion of connected hoses by bending the KD trip pins and cutting them off a bit and for the viewing distances I use for N that's good enough for me. I'll be very impressed by anyone who has the patience to equip their N scale fleet with working airhoses. ....DaveBranum 2193(1).jpg

Having been in N scale for years.....

...before my fairly recent switch to HO, I can appreciate something like this being brought to N scale but I have to question how much benefit it really is? Can you really even see these things in N scale without specifically getting your eyes down to track level and looking for them? I mean I'm not even sure they are worth the trouble in HO. I guess it's another " to each their own" scenario.  Neat product in both scales but probably not for me.

HO MU cables?

Dear MRHers, If someone really wanted to go to town with a MU set of HO diesels, could they use the HO ones as brake hoses, and the N scale ones as the MU hoses either side of the coupler? Happy Modelling, Aim to Improve, Prof Klyzlr

Haven't seen

the N scale ones up close, but I bet you could do that, Prof.  It would be an interesting experiment to be sure.

MU Hoses
