Mike Rose's Conrail Layout

That was a well written piece that showed a very nice progression from idea to design to actual track work.  I think that was one of your best articles to date, although there have been many good articles.

I think having a rotation is great!

Prototype modelers by definition model a specific prototype.  If it isn't my prototype or my area of the country that they are modeling, it may have less usefulness for me.  A rotation of prototype modelers should mean that we will see prototypes from all over the country as well as Canada represented, perhaps even some European or Asian prototypes showing up from time to time.  I look forward to the "new look" of this column!

Throwbars

Great article, Mike, and a beautiful addition to the layout.

Love the throwbars! I can't wait to see how that works out across the whole yard.
