Hi,

Yes, John Kalin and I did purchase Berkshire Valley and are in the process of building up stock, replacing molds, and working on several new products.  I did want to make a correction to the announcement posted.  I believe Frank will be disappointed to learn of his own demise.  When I talked to him last week he had just returned from a week of camping in Maine and was doing quite well!
