I enjoyed this article and the first as well.  I always learn by seeing how other modelers do their detailing.  I picked up a few good tips that I'll try out in the future, like the frame painting mount.  Neat idea that I've never seen before.

Nice work on this SD45R, looks really sharp.

A huge thank you to Andrew for this article (PT's 1 and 2). You know an article has hit home when it inspires you to do a similar build. The parts are already on order to build this same SD45R as it was when still with the SP.

I hope we see many more articles like this both from Andrew and other's in this format. It is truly proof of the great possibilities an online magazine allows.
